Hydrogen Renaissance: Changing the world with free and clean energy, within everyone’s reach

Editorial· 11 March 2026· by Sedes H

Energy that is truly clean – yet also virtually unlimited. And highly affordable, within everyone’s reach. Coal, nuclear, oil, gas? Tomorrow they will be prehistory. And so will today’s renewables, the foundation of the laborious ‘green’ we know: inefficient technologies, ecological only in appearance. Expensive, too, and perceived as a burdensome imposition handed down from above – a bottleneck that once again turns social wellbeing into a privilege for the few. The alternative? Here it is: the very latest generation of green hydrogen, finally safe and ultra-affordable. A stunning made-in-Italy discovery, set to revolutionise the world.

The guarantee comes from Gioele Magaldi, who on 11 March in Milan will present the book “Hydrogen Renaissance” during an event streamed live by Border Nights. A very special way to announce the birth of Sedes H, the Society for Democratic and Sustainable Energy: an Italian company with a multinational vocation, of which Magaldi himself – philosopher, political scientist and essayist, in 2014 the author of the bestseller “Massoni” – is now CEO and Chairman. Sedes H positions itself as a strategic company: it promises to solve the challenge of the ecological transition by revolutionising the technologies for producing green hydrogen at unthinkable costs, eight times lower than the current price.

So: truly green hydrogen, «to foster a new renaissance in the energy, construction and transport sectors, and in the “health & wellness” field too, without resorting to public incentives or having to build massive infrastructure networks». The aim, Magaldi adds, is to overturn the current paradigm based on fossil fuels, rare minerals and energy monopolies. How? Through the revolutionary rollout of green hydrogen patented in Italy. Safe, efficient and economically sustainable, it will be produced by both electrolytic and chemical means, thanks to an exclusive technology based on innovative artificial molecules the company calls “XY”.

Sedes H’s ultra-ecological hydrogen will be available at a cost of just €1 per kg, against the nearly €8 of today’s green hydrogen. «This technology makes it possible to store inert hydrogen at room temperature and low pressure, ensuring safety and efficiency in both distribution and consumption». From 2028, Sedes H devices will be able to power homes, public buildings, industries and land, sea and air transport – all thanks to “in situ” production, directly on-site, together with simple logistics and perfect integration with existing distribution networks and the current vehicle fleet.

Also in 2028, Sedes H will launch new-generation hydrogen-therapy solutions for the “health & wellness” sector, while 2030 will see the debut of the first cars running entirely on hydrogen: among them, at least one “affordable” model at a contained cost, priced like a city car. In the meantime, the company notes, the Sedes H solution for green mobility will be available straight away as an inert hydrogen tank (Inert Tank) to be installed on electric vehicles as well as on petrol, diesel and LPG cars. The green hydrogen blends with conventional fuels in the combustion chamber, completely purifying emissions: which become nothing but water vapour.

The Sedes H product range also includes the Pot, a chemical green-hydrogen generator for the residential, commercial and industrial markets. Alongside the Pot, the company will offer a system – the Carbon Natural Hydrogen House – that combines the electrical input provided by photovoltaic paints, likewise a proprietary Sedes H formula, first with an electrolytic cell to generate hydrogen and then with a fuel cell. The offering is rounded out by solutions for heating, air conditioning and hydrogen therapy for wellness treatments.

Founded in 2024 after a decade of intense research and development, Sedes H is now preparing to place share packages not only with major financial entities such as sovereign funds, private equity and venture capital, but also «with national industrial groups, SMEs and small entrepreneurs, professionals and savers seeking an investment that is at once profitable and of deep ethical and social value». A Nasdaq listing is planned by 2027, and from 2030 a widespread presence across all the world’s leading markets.

«Sedes H’s green hydrogen will change the rules of global energy», declares Magaldi, who makes no secret of the plan’s ambition: «We want to guarantee free energy, accessible to all at competitive prices, finally eliminating dependence on energy monopolies and geopolitical dynamics. We are unique because we offer advantageous solutions for developing and industrialised countries alike. Our technology enables a stable and virtually unlimited energy supply, without ever overlooking absolute safety in the transport and storage of hydrogen».

Sedes H’s vision is global: «Our goal is to forge strategic partnerships with governments, institutions and companies to promote the adoption of our technology at international, national and local level», Magaldi adds. «We aim to grow rapidly thanks to advanced logistics and to acquisitions that allow an immediate leap in production scale. Our technology shows that the energy transition can be not only sustainable but also economically profitable for investors, companies and consumers».
